Located in the new Beymen Blender store, Dükkan Nisantasi, a butcher / steakhouse, throws a bit of meat into the mix. Last year, the original Dükkan opened in the outskirts of Istanbul, but nevertheless quickly became a Mecca for meat eaters. The new, central branch is easier to find, and serves what is arguably Turkey's finest dry aged beef and milk fed veal raised on their own farm. The industrial-looking space features huge glass displays of butchered meat, and large, communal wooden tables. Unabashed carnivores will delight in selecting their cuts and having their meat prepared right in front of their eyes.
